Ingredients:
- 2 tea bags of Tadin Moringa Tea
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of Tadin Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Tadin Milled Flax Seed – Apple & Moringa
- ¼ teaspoon of Tadin Organic Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ⅓ cup of diced green apple
Instructions:
- Heat almond milk over medium heat until it simmers. Turn heat to low and add Tadin Moringa Tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea and let almond milk cool to room temperature.
- Fill a jar with Tadin Chia Seeds, Tadin Milled Flax Seed – Apple & Moringa, Tadin Organic Ground Cinnamon, applesauce, and honey.
- Top with cooled milk, seal lid airtight and shake to mix.
- Refrigerate overnight. In the morning top with diced apples.
