Moringa Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Instructions:

  1. Heat almond milk over medium heat until it simmers. Turn heat to low and add Tadin Moringa Tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea and let almond milk cool to room temperature.
  3. Fill a jar with Tadin Chia Seeds, Tadin Milled Flax Seed – Apple & Moringa, Tadin Organic Ground Cinnamon, applesauce, and honey.
  4. Top with cooled milk, seal lid airtight and shake to mix.
  5. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning top with diced apples.
