Makes 4 servings

  • 2 Tadin Bronco Tè Bags
  • 2 Tadin Eucalyptus Tea Bags
  • 2 Tadin Ginger Root Tea Bags
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin, garnish
  • 1 clementine, sliced thin, garnish
  • ¼ cup fresh cranberries, garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, optional

  1. Add the apple cider, cranberry juice, cloves, star anise, and cinnamon sticks to a large pot and bring to a simmer (cook five minutes). Turn off the heat.
  2. Add the tea bags to the pot and submerge in the apple cider and cranberry juice mixture (allowing the tags to hang off to the side). Add the lemon slices, clementine slices, and cranberries.
  3. Place the lid on top of the pot and let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes. Take the lid off and take out the tea bags.
  4. Pour the steeped tea into mugs with the fruit and add a cinnamon stick for garnish. Sweeten with honey to taste.
