Ingredients:

  • 2 bags Tadin Teas Organic Chamomile Tea
  • 1 cup concha cut into large cubes
  • 1 cup milk of choice (plus an additional 1/4 cup for frothing)
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/16 tsp. sea salt (the smallest pinch)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • sliced concha, garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 cup milk, the concha cubes, and honey into a bowl and let soak for 30 minutes. Strain out the milk and set aside.
  2. Add the tea bags to a large mug and cover with boiling water. Add a small saucer or lid and let steep for five minutes before removing the tea bags.
  3. Heat the concha milk and froth with a milk frother. It won’t froth much, but this step helps it all come together.
  4. Add the additional 1/4 cup warmed milk to a heatproof jar or cup and froth with a frother for about 20 to 30 seconds. You can also use a blender. Pour the frothed milk over the tea and concha milk, garnish with a few concha slices.

Note: Feel free to use whatever milk you prefer for this recipe. If you don’t have a milk frother, a blender will also work, but be careful with the hot milk.
