
Makes two
Ingredients:
- 4 Tadin Pineapple Ginger tea bags
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 small tomatillo, quartered
- 1 cup pineapple, medium diced
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp. cilantro leaves
- 1 shot non-alcoholic tequila
- 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
- 2-4 dashes your favorite hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chile lime salt
- 2 pineapple slices, garnish
Instructions:
- Pour boiling water over the tea bags. Add a lid or small saucer on top of the mug and steep for five minutes before removing. Cool to room temperature or place in the fridge overnight.
- Pour the chile lime salt onto a small plate and spread it out. Dip the pineapple slices into the mixture and twist them so they are coated.
- Add the tomatillo, diced pineapple, ice, orange juice, cilantro leaves, non-alcoholic tequila, honey, hot sauce, and cooled tea to a blender.
- Blend until combined for about 30-60 seconds. Pour the drinks into two glasses and garnish with chile lime pineapple slices.
