  1. Add the tea bags and hibiscus loose flowers to boiling water in a mug and brew for five minutes before discarding the tea bags.
  2. Steep the flowers for an additional five minutes and drain. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
    Add the ice, cooled tea, guava nectar to a glass. Top with seltzer, nonalcoholic bitters.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit and herb sprigs. Sip slow, let it change the mood.
