Shipping
We typically process orders daily Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within one to three (1-3) business days. Shipping fees vary by method or timeframe and can be found as calculated during the order completion process before checking out. We are not currently able to ship to P.O. Returns and Exchanges on Website Orders Only
If you’re not happy, please let us know.
We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. We have a 14-day return policy available, as your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are in any way dissatisfied, simply either call our toll-free number (800) 838-2346, email us at support@tadincorp.com, or submit via our Contact Us page.
To expedite your request, please include the following:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- your preference for a replacement or a refund
- your name, email, phone number
If necessary for a return, Tadin will issue you a return shipping label to affix to your original packaging. Once Tadin receives your returned products, we will either replace the product or refund for the original amount paid. Please allow up to thirty days for the refund to be processed.*
*Please note that returns and exchanges are only applicable to orders placed directly from Tadin (i.e. Tadin.com and phone orders). If you purchased our teas at a store, please address the issue directly with the store you made the purchase from.
