Ingredients:
2 Tadin Chamomile Mint tea bags
2 Tadin Pineapple Ginger tea bags
1 cup boiling water
1 Tbsp. honey or preferred sweetener
1 lime cut in 1/8 wedges, muddled or 2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 cup ice
2–3 dashes Orange Bitters
seltzer to top
fresh mint leaves, garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large mug, pour boiling water over the tea bags and honey. Add a lid or small saucer on top and steep for five minutes before removing the tea bags. Let cool to room temperature or place in the fridge overnight.
2. Add the ice, cooled tea, and muddled lime mixture to a large glass.
3. Top with seltzer and stir. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint leaves.
