Ingredients:
- 4 cups water, divided
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tadin cinnamon stick
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Tadin Flaxseed with Matcha Green Tea
- Ice for serving
- Cold foam milk for serving
Instructions:
- Heat 2 cups water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat and add oats and cinnamon stick. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Place 1 cup water in a blender. Add soaked cinnamon stick and blend until completely pulverized. Strain into a large pitcher and set aside. Rinse blender.
- Add soaked oats, 1 cup water, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and Tadin Flaxseed with Matcha Green Tea to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pitcher with blended cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Serve over ice, top with cold foam, and finish with a sprinkle of Tadin Flaxseed with Matcha Green Tea.
