Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags Tadin Spearmint Tea
  • 2 bags Tadin Peppermint Tea
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 teaspoons agave syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings:
    • Whipped cream
    • Chocolate chips
    • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat, add the Tadin Mint Tea bags, and steep for 7 minutes for a strong, minty base. Remove tea bags and discard.
  2. Return the brewed tea to low heat. Whisk in the chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour in the milk and heat gently, stirring constantly, until warmed through. Do not boil. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Let cool.
  4. Pour over ice. Top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and mint leaves if desired.
